For our Client, a leading global manufacturer of natural ingredients we are currently looking for a candidate
for the position of:

SALES MANAGER

Place of work: Poland/Warsaw

Responsibilities for:

  • To be in charge of the existing customers, multinational and domestic companies specialized in the food, beverage and baby food markets.
  • Sales of technical products used as general stabilizers or fruits and vegetable powders
  • Prospect actively for new customers
  • Full account for sales on sector
  • Managing the customer portfolio and coordinate with the R&D department on the customer’s specific enquiries
  • The development projects as well as price and contractual terms negotiations, respecting the budgets and objectives
  • Ensure a high quality service on deliveries and will be active in customer satisfaction through a global service offer
  • Reporting to the Sales Director Poland

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Food Technology or Business School with experience in food ingredients
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B
  • Fluent in English. French would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the Polish market
  • Dynamic, resistant with  involvement and autonomy
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness,  good personal organization and humility
  • Eagerness to frequent business travels
