we are currently looking for a Candidate for the position of:

 

Portfolio Manager

Place of work: Warsaw / or Wrocław

Responsibilities for:

• Developing and maintaining knowledge of crop protection products
• Developing competitive product portfolio, along with customer needs
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers (producers and distributors)
• Preparing marketing materials to promote efficiently the product portfolio
• Constant support and active work with sales staff
• Developing annual budget and monitoring its day to day performance
• Ensuring targeted gross margin level
• Cost and risk management,
• Contracts and deliveries monitoring

 Requirements:

• Agriculture or agri-industry experience, preferably in the crop protection products
• Excellent knowledge of Polish crop protection market
• Ability to analyze product offers and evaluate margin potential
• Significant experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and producers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Very good English
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Organizational and team buiding skills
