For our client, an international company specializing in the production of specialized plant protection products, we are looking for:

Commercial Coordinator

(home office)


Increase market share in the assigned country, manage and coordinate actions and activities of marketing, sales and product delivery in order to ensure the fulfillment of the established sales and profit objectives in sales areas. Also includes the proper management of the company’s resources under his/her control.


  • Develop, coordinate and present annual/monthly sales and expenses budget to maximize market share and profit margins of the company; as well as develop its strategic map including specific objectives in the BSC (Balanced Score Card), KPI´s and activities for each Sales Representative assigned
  • Coordinate with TSR the elaboration of specific action plans to satisfy Customer needs (Farmers, Distributors) and ensure its implementation
  • Establish and ensure implementation of marketing strategies in order to: Position the Client’s brand in the region, Develop new markets in every sales area including areas where there are no distributors (“dead zones’')
  • Develop monthly reports within the progress and compliance of the budget and the strategic map (BSC)
  • Manage activities related to brand and products’ registration in each country in order to increase portfolio of products and the sales
  • Ensure company’s resources management: Manage employee related issues including appointments and dismissals, Company assets (Inventory, portfolio, movable and fixed assets), Manage incentive programs according to the company’s strategies
  • Ensure sales, credit/collections and sales returns operations are done according to commercial policies, procedures and standards (values) of the company and in compliance with local law of the countries assigned
  • Ensure inventory management process is done by sales force according to the company’s policy
  • Ensure that all labels for the products are valid and in compliance with local authorities’ requirements. Also, that all permits or licenses and other import requirements have been released
  • Lead, direct and ensure that all employees who report under their area have the necessary tools, training and / or development to performance their job (corporate policies and / or procedures, etc.)


  • Sales: Agriculture, B2B, Direct Sales, Networking – 5 years
  • Administration: planning, budgeting, reporting – 5 years
  • Desirable experience in similar job or at least as a Sales Manager – 5 years
  • Studies: Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness
  • Technical knowledge: Agriculture, sales. Interpretation of financial statements, budgeting
  • Languages skills (level): English: good / communicative
  • Software knowledge: Office (Advanced Excel), CRM System desirable: IBM Cognos, SAP
  • Open to frequently travel
