Sourcing Leader - Warsaw

Salary: Up to €75,000 + car + bonus + benefits

It is now looking for experienced purchasing professionals to join its operation close to Warsaw. You will be responsible for providing sourcing leadership to the assigned regional commodity teams. Working across the EMEA regions and supporting the Global Sourcing teams you will set the strategy across your designated category which would be either professional services or plastics packaging. 

You will manage, develop and supply end to end leadership across your category and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop, review and implement end to end category sourcing strategies to support sustainability and profitability. 

Candidates need strong sourcing experience with a matrix style fmcg business and have a Bachelors degree. Working knowledge of multiple spend categories and e-procurement processes and systems is essential as is a strong track record of leading, developing and managing a team.
