Sales Director International - FMCG LICENCE BRANDS
You assume full responsibility for the profit and loss of your business. Together with licence partners, you will develop the existing business. In addition, rollouts are planned in other large markets which can be opened up with suitable brand, product and communication strategies as well as with the right licence partners. Further markets are to be identified for entry. You will be supported by a team of marketing, sales and custom-service employees mainly in the regions. This team is to be motivated and expanded.
We are looking for an international sales personality, who is able to operate confidently and successfully in different cultures and at different levels, and who takes on the entrepreneurial responsibility and uses the organisational options. You should already be able to look back on international sales success in the FCMG industry, ideally of licence brands. You recognise connections and see what is feasible; you have a good standing and are able to inspire employees and colleagues as well as external partners with ideas and optimism and also motivate them in difficult phases.
