Our client is an international well known producer of food ingredients for different industries (pharma, baby food, food). He has presence across all continents (sales offices and manufactures) and is leader for natural ingredients. The focus of the company is to produce and develop excellent, high quality products which fulfil the need of the market. To strengthen the Pectin production we are now looking for an expert in this area.
Position
• Be responsible for new product development and new process implementation
• Oversee the objectives, gather a strategy and set goals for the Pectin business worldwide
• Implement managing tools, e.g. CAPEX, Innovation Process etc.
Qualification
• University degree in food production, chemistry or in engineering
• Deep knowledge of the production and development of pectin products
• Hands on mentality, flexible mind set but structured and organised, able to develop and enforce a vision
