We are looking for a Poland Plant Manager for the production site based in Podkarpackie.
THE POSITION
Under the authority of the International Industrial Director, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the operation of industrial facilities in relation to employees, production, logistics and customer services, quality, technical and regulatory services.
- Daily management of the factory, articulation of the functions listed in a quality environment require, and the pressure of a logistics coordination serving clients around the world
- Daily plant visits to assess; performance development, suggestions for improvement, quality, development and monitoring of investment projects
- Participate in the construction of Strat-Plan and AOP for the Site
- Budget planning and its execution, costs optimization, costs saving
- Team management, organization, delegation, evaluation and training, people development
- Coordination between production supply chain and quality control
- Management of a maintenance service
- Propose of industrial projects and investment budgets for the plant
- Management of HSE and regulatory aspects (BSI, ISO etc.) in connection with the administrative authorities
- Responsibility for monitoring and optimization of inventory
THE PROFILE
- Chemical Engineering / Agro or equivalent , you have a strong industrial fiber and you are able to manage locally process and building technical projects and to challenge daily the local teams
- You like processes and equipment, production men and solving practical challenges
- You have to heart the continuous improvement of customer service levels internally and externally
- You are now in charge of a plant or a Production unit or technical functions exposed and you want to progress professionally
- You have a successful experience in industry, ideally in staple productions (batches) with high value-added
- Strong involvement and management experience are essential
- You are fluent in Polish and in English
