For our Client, a leading global manufacturer of natural ingredients we are currently looking for a candidate
for the position of:
SALES MANAGER
Place of work: Poland/Warsaw
Responsibilities for:
- To be in charge of the existing customers, multinational and domestic companies specialized in the food, beverage and baby food markets.
- Sales of technical products used as general stabilizers or fruits and vegetable powders
- Prospect actively for new customers
- Full account for sales on sector
- Managing the customer portfolio and coordinate with the R&D department on the customer’s specific enquiries
- The development projects as well as price and contractual terms negotiations, respecting the budgets and objectives
- Ensure a high quality service on deliveries and will be active in customer satisfaction through a global service offer
- Reporting to the Sales Director Poland
Requirements:
- Educational background in Food Technology or Business School with experience in food ingredients
- At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B
- Fluent in English. French would be a plus
- Knowledge of the Polish market
- Dynamic, resistant with involvement and autonomy
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, good personal organization and humility
- Eagerness to frequent business travels
