Job Description
This is a great opportunity for you to really make your mark in the development and growth of the European operation. This successful and dedicated business will offer you a well-established and successful product range with the scope to win and develop business with key retail customers within Germany. Key target customers for this growth are Aldi Sud, Aldi Nord, Lidl and Edeka.
The key to success in this role is a track record in winning and developing brand new customers within German Grocery retailers and sales experience within the food industry - all categories will be considered.
If you are based in UK and speak fluent German with a relevant food and retail track record then role will allow you to be based from home but require extensive travel to the region. Equally as interesting is a German or Polish based professional, native or fluent German and happy to travel extensively dealing with the required retailers.
With a small amount of business already in the region the 3 year plan is to triple turnover and develop a dedicated range of own label products working closely with the NPD function. This role will give you a great platform to develop the business unit, own the growth strategy for the future, build a team and expand capability & sales channels.
